Second time worked for me and i understand this poem completely, i think my teacher helped me a bit too :)
Change comes everyone i think. And a hero always a hero.
In this epic poem, there is so much boasting, though the society requires it, i felt really bored and i thought Beowulf was very arrogant. His boasting was the way of couraging himself i can accept that.
